About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Health and Care Regulatory team as a Healthcare Regulatory Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and support to health, social care, and education organizations across the public and independent sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on a range of health, social care, and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
  • Manage your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters.
  • Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals.
  • Active involvement in client care and business development.
  • Assist with the wider management and supervision of the team.
Requirements
  • An interest in furthering their career in health, social care law, and/or education law.
  • Enthusiasm to develop legal skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Practical and commercial approach.
