Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Healthcare Regulatory Team in a leading international Legal 500 Law Firm. As a Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor, you will work alongside our existing team dealing with a range of regulatory cases, including inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty, and Information Law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and represent clients in regulatory cases, including inquests and Court of Protection proceedings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including private care providers and NHS Resolution
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulatory law and policy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to grow the firm's Healthcare Regulatory practice
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare regulatory law and policy
  • Previous experience in advocacy and litigation
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory market and its trends
  • Ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
