Role Summary:

As a Regulatory Analyst within our content division, your primary focus will be on comprehending the evolving needs of our clientele. This position is structured by geographical regions, and you will oversee a team of analysts specializing in payment regulations. Key responsibilities encompass establishing the content strategy and scope for your region, authoring research documents and regulatory assessments, delivering valuable insights to clients, and nurturing the development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in relevant subjects by engaging in research, analysis, and direct communication with clients. You will consistently monitor specific jurisdictions and topics, remaining vigilant for regulatory updates and their implications for our clients.
  • Ensure Market Entry reports are maintained to the highest standards, guaranteeing accuracy, thoroughness, and timely updates to reflect the current regulatory landscape. Our clients rely on us for precise and up-to-date information.
  • Enhance your understanding of client needs through collaboration with commercial teams and by addressing client inquiries regularly. Identify trends from client feedback and challenges, utilizing this knowledge to assist other clients facing similar issues.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry influencers, and consultants, to ensure the quality and accuracy of your coverage.
  • Contribute to Vixio's presence at external conferences and events by sharing expertise, creating presentations, and gathering relevant data and information.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Payments, Financial Services, and Banking regulations across the EU, UK, or USA.
  • A degree in law is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in research, content creation, or consulting roles within a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance practices.
  • Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong writing proficiency, showcasing logical reasoning through evidence-based analysis.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skill in identifying patterns and trends from regulatory data.
  • Capacity to engage with clients and share insights derived from research findings.
