- Coordinate responses to various stakeholder inquiries, including those from council representatives.
- Collaborate with managers across the Housing Repairs & Maintenance service and associated departments.
Role Significance: Your leadership will be vital in assisting the Customer Service Operations & Development Manager to introduce innovative practices within the team and the broader service, especially regarding complaint resolution. A background in managing transitions within customer-oriented services is crucial.
Work Environment: This position is based within the Repairs & Maintenance Customer Service team, focusing on delivering high-quality service to our community.
