Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Coordinator to join our client in the Aerospace, Defence & Space industry on an initial 6-month contract. As a Project Management Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programmes, aligning progress with finance, and managing external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project progress, integration, and reporting, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Prepare and enable work preparation with external suppliers, including quality reports and Statements of Work.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress and task completion.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in planning tools, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Ability to investigate and problem-solve.
  • Tracking and mitigation of risks.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in producing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Desirable Skills

  • Working knowledge of ZOHO.
  • Experience in research and development environments.
  • Confident working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Financial tracking and monitoring in spreadsheet format.
  • Technical background experience.
