We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to join our client in the Aerospace, Defence & Space industry. As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing project management support and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Project Integration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Progress Reviews: Conduct regular progress reviews and updates to stakeholders.
- Supplier Management: Work with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships.
- Planning Tools: Proficient in using planning tools, preferably in an agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to investigate and resolve problems effectively.
- Risk Management: Track and implement mitigation tactics for identified risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- KPIs and Metrics: Experience in producing KPIs and metrics to measure project performance.
Desirable Skills:
- Zoho Knowledge: Working knowledge of ZOHO would be advantageous.
- Research and Development Experience: Experience working in a research and development environment.
- Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Confident working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Financial Tracking: Experience in financial tracking and monitoring in spreadsheet format.
- Technical Background: Experience from a technical background.
