Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Technical Administrator (Coordinator) to join our established team at Triconnex. If you have experience in administration and coordination in utilities, construction, or other project-based industries, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure end-to-end customer management, coordinating client utility requirements for their developments.
  • Coordinate designs with the central Design Team, specifying utility network layouts and equipment, and preparing necessary documentation, drawings, and payments to enable proposals to be handed over to the Triconnex Operations team.
  • Establish clients' utility design requirements and work with the team to convert these into design (training provided).
  • Liaise with consultants, contract managers, clients, sub-contractors, and support functions ensuring specifications, quantities, issues, and risks are identified and agreed upon.
  • Coordinate Water, Gas, Electricity, and Fibre designs in accordance with client and license requirements.
  • Update web-based and internal project monitoring systems as and when appropriate.
  • Offer technical support to the client and Triconnex operations teams (training provided).
Requirements:
  • Effective interpersonal abilities, enabling collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Outstanding organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, supporting Sales, Design, and Operations teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and database applications.
  • Experience working in a Coordination role.
