Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Management Consultant for a prominent organization specializing in aerospace technology. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for three days on-site and two days of remote work.

Role Responsibilities: As a Project Management Consultant, you will deliver project management expertise and support for the A320 family new development sector, which is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of our leading fleet.

Key Contributions: Project management is integral to our operations. Our team is committed to facilitating the transition towards a digital future by bridging traditional methodologies with agile, flexible collaboration to fulfill all business objectives.

In our daily operations, we navigate a multinational landscape, positioned at the intersection of management and execution. We ensure that all projects and portfolios receive tailored support to meet their unique requirements. This position may involve occasional business travel.

Main Duties: As part of the Project Management Office, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing project frameworks and governance structures.
  • Preparing for project gates and reviews.
  • Conducting integrated project planning, monitoring, and control (including schedule, budget, and resources).
  • Managing project interdependencies, both internally and with other initiatives.
  • Identifying, consolidating, and tracking project risks and opportunities.
  • Overseeing performance management and reporting.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a project management capacity.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively structure projects.
  • Familiarity with aircraft development processes.
  • Proficiency in digital tools.

This role operates under an umbrella contract and is classified as Inside IR35.
