The Role

Our Marketing Director partners with Artfarm operational leaders to engage our communities and guests through both acquisition and retention marketing strategies. This role reports into the Senior Marketing & Communications Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing launches, events, and campaigns, seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation.
  • Produce and update marketing collateral, drafting copy or proofreading external communications, and providing local content for Artfarm's social platforms.
  • Manage and build relationships with marketing agencies and third parties, ensuring websites are maintained with up-to-date content and imagery.
  • Develop local marketing partnerships and support the GM and PR Manager with hosting media visits, working closely with the local GM on reactive marketing as necessary.
  • Develop Artfarm's marketing intelligence, understanding the customer group and local marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing and PR team to ensure PR and marketing campaigns are integrated and aligned.

Requirements

  • Previous marketing experience within a fast-paced hospitality business is preferable. Passionate about the hospitality industry and display a good understanding of its emerging trends.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, an excellent communicator in all forms.
  • A proactive and adaptable nature, capable of multi-tasking and troubleshooting.
  • Confident in being creative in design and application.
  • Great organization with strong time management, prioritization, and execution. Always holding high standards of quality delivery.
  • Be an Artfarm ambassador.
