Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at OBR Executive Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales through effective telesales techniques and implementing marketing strategies to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of the industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
