Recognition One are delighted to be partnered with an Industry Leading Enterprise Software Business who are widely known around the globe. They are looking to continue building their Inside Sales team following unprecedented success.
Currently in a hypergrowth phase, they are looking for a passionate and ambitious German Speaking Inside Sales Representative to come into a growing and vibrant organisation. They offer hybrid working alongside phenomenal career growth & personal development.
This role offers a Basic salary of £30K with Uncapped Commission sitting at £30K making OTE **£60K**
Our client are one of the world's largest Enterprise Software Providers delivering technology and strategic services that help customers manage the core IT elements of their business. They have a broad portfolio of products across AppDev, IT Operations and Cyber Security and also Accompanying supporting services to accelerate, simplify, strengthen and analyse a customer's core operations.
**THE ROLE**:
- Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will generate interest, qualify prospects and close sales
- You will work for one of the world's largest enterprise software providers, selling their strong portfolio of products across AppDev, IT Operations and Cyber Security
- You will source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups and outbound lead generation, working with customers directly to understand their needs and requirements
- Strong enablement program and the opportunity to sell large deals, meet customers face-to-face and work with C-Level executives.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
- German Language Fluency
- Track record of quota achievement
- Closing experience
- Strong communication and telephony skills
- Presentation skills and experience with web presentation tools
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
