Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to meet client objectives and drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects that meet client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage and develop a team of account managers to achieve individual and team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and manage a team of account managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
