About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Ultimate Asset. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and delivering strategic solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Manage client budgets and ensure delivery of high-quality work within budget and timeline.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Ultimate Asset remains a leader in the creative agency space.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a creative agency environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with high-volume NPD accounts, such as fast fashion, high-street retail, and mobile phone hardware/retail businesses.
