Third Line Technical Support Specialist

This role is customer-focused, and you will work with all levels in the organization as well as third-party providers where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Infrastructure Management: Supporting the optimal performance and stability of the enterprise infrastructure and all associated systems through appropriate monitoring and regular preventative maintenance measures, ensuring all systems are properly protected and service can be restored in the event of a disaster.
  2. Technical Support: Providing 3rd line support, ensuring an excellent level of customer service through the prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation.
  3. Cloud Services: Azure cloud services, in particular configuring virtual machines, Azure Virtual Machine, and Azure Site Recovery.
  4. Server Administration: Windows Server 2016 or above (Installation, management, and troubleshooting).
  5. Network Administration: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft-based networking services (DNS and DHCP), Hyper-V (including Cluster Services), and/or VMware ESXi.
  6. General Knowledge: Good general knowledge of networking principles and a basic level of administration ability.
