Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Third Line Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers, as well as performing IT service requests and approving IT change requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Perform IT service requests and approve IT change requests.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network topology and server administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and support.
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience in an IT support environment, preferably at Third Line Level or High Second Line level.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network topology and server administration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft MCP or equivalent qualification.
  • Microsoft MCSA, MCSE or equivalent qualification.
