**Job Summary**

Red King Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing key accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and business performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of IT sales and software solutions is a plus.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in the public sector and knowledge of public sector frameworks.
  • Knowledge of server and infrastructure hardware.
  • Experience with software solutions and networking.
