**Job Summary**

Red King Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing key accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business through proactive outbound telephone activity and manage new and existing relationships.
  • Provide professional and timely account management and customer service to a portfolio of customers.
  • Manage all customer service incidents in a timely manner.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of larger ongoing opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • IT sales experience.
  • Ability to work towards targets.
  • Knowledge of new developments and products in software and hardware.

**Desirable Experience**

  • Experience of networking and wireless networking.
  • Knowledge of software solutions.
  • Knowledge of server and infrastructure hardware.
  • Experience working within the Public Sector and knowledge of Public Sector frameworks.
