Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries submitted via various channels, including telephone, live chat, and email.
  • Participate in Open Days, Offer Holder Days, and other events for prospective students and applicants.
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns and communications to support student services.
  • Collaborate with other student service providers to ensure consistent and collaborative service delivery.
  • Set and monitor service standards to drive future service improvements.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of student services and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
