The Support Administrator plays a crucial role within the Sales Team, delivering exceptional administrative assistance to both our Sales Team and corporate clients.

Role Overview

The Support Administrator is integral to delivering top-tier administrative support to our Sales Team and corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote Westfield Health and Wellbeing products and services
  • Prepare written quotations upon request, collaborating with the Health and Wellbeing consultant and customer
  • Facilitate the onboarding of corporate accounts to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Address customer inquiries via telephone and email, coordinating with internal departments

Candidate Profile

Education and Qualifications

  • Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role within a sales environment
  • Experience in engaging with corporate customers and commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing a first-class internal and external customer experience

Skills

  • Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with office software and remote platforms (MS Teams/Zoom)
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple queries and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in providing and communicating detailed product and management information
  • A positive and adaptable attitude towards change, with a passion for customer service and results-driven motivation
  • Accountability for personal performance and ongoing development
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment
