Job Summary
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join their team. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with complex needs
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in handovers and report any concerns or changes in patient condition
• Contribute to a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control procedures
• Develop and maintain good interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements
• Education to GCSE level Grade C in English and Mathematics or equivalent
• Care Certificate and/or equivalent healthcare experience
• Ability to work 12.5 hour shift patterns
• Flexibility to work in other community hospitals within our trust
• Previous experience in a nursing or care assistant role
• Clear oral communication and basic computer skills
• Polite, courteous, and caring personality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
