About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hospital Theatre Porter to join our team at Euxton Hall Hospital in Chorley. As a key member of our portering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients to and from theatres and other departments
  • Perform general site duties, including handling post, medical gas cylinders, and occasional deliveries between sites
  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to maintain a safe and efficient environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
