About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As an Orthopaedic Surgical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgeons and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons and medical staff during orthopaedic procedures, including hip and knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs.
  • Prepare and maintain a safe and efficient operating theatre environment.
  • Collaborate with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient procedure flow.
  • Provide excellent patient care and support, adhering to Ramsay Health Care's high standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Proven experience in surgical scrubbing, including orthopaedic procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
