About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As an Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our surgical teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment
  • Support the surgical team during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
