Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at With Intelligence. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and organizational structures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless event delivery and exceed client expectations
  • Support commercial directors in sales processes, including data management and opportunity creation
  • Collaborate with our IR and Content teams to provide timely and accurate information to clients
  • Manage and update retreat documentation and brochures to reflect the latest information
  • Track client information and status in relevant databases
  • Attend events, assist with registration, and provide exceptional client service
  • Provide proactive and professional information to clients in advance of events
  • Manage pre-event prep calls, scheduling meetings, and answering agenda questions
  • Create post-event debrief reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in client services or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in speaking to senior professionals
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Self-assured and comfortable interacting with senior professionals
  • Overseas travel required for onsite events
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
