Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Desk Lead to join our team at Mane Contract Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company, supporting their clients with their facilities contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the first point of contact for incoming service requests, providing excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  2. Work closely with the GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to ensure all assigned jobs are completed within the contract SLA.
  3. Sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on skills, location, and service delivery arrangements.
  4. Prioritize urgent jobs and plan operative/sub-contractor support to address demand.
  5. Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.
Required Skills:
  1. Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
  2. Understanding of FM business or willingness to learn.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
