Job Title: Client Services Manager

At Insurwave, we're seeking a talented Client Services Manager to lead our client service support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting the vision for our client service support delivery function, leading and inspiring a team of client service analysts, and driving our strategy to deliver exceptional service experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client service support delivery
  • Lead and motivate a team of client service analysts to achieve exceptional service results
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to implement data-driven process improvements
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client service management, with a focus on service excellence and process improvement
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Experience with service governance, including setting and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics
