Audit Director (Partner Designate) Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Director to join our team at Austin Rose Associates. As a leading independent accounting firm, we pride ourselves on providing a great value-add service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a long-term career with our firm, working closely with our Partners to manage client relationships and drive business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of audit professionals and provide technical guidance and support
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Hold or be keen to apply for RI status
  • Proven track record of success in audit and business development
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
