Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager in ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans, and ensure that care activities are research-based and in keeping with changes in the field of activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • To act at all times in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) code of professional conduct.
  • To perform all aspects of the role in accordance with Trust policies and other national bodies.
  • To participate in the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
  • To liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and outside agencies in the implementation of patient care.
  • To ensure that care activities are research-based and in keeping with changes in the field of activity.
Person Specification
  • Registered General Nurse/Mental Health Nurse/Registered Nurse Learning Disability - educated to degree level or equivalent.
