About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our Trust's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessment and care to patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards of care.
- Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice to maintain and improve your own practice.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with:
- NMC registration and a full UK driving license.
- Experience as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
