We are seeking a charismatic and attentive individual to provide exceptional service to our guests as a Night Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm and memorable welcome to our guests, ensuring a lasting impression of our hotel.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and facilities to guests, exceeding their expectations.
  • Effectively manage daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create captivating experiences for our guests.
  • Proactively accommodate guest needs, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.

Requirements:

  • Excellent guest engagement skills, with the ability to bring the guest experience to life.
  • Able to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
  • Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly.
  • Good command of English is essential, with a second language advantageous.
