Job Title: Registry and Operations Officer

Study Group is a prominent global education provider committed to empowering students to achieve their aspirations. We are currently seeking a Registry and Operations Officer to enhance our team.

Role Overview:

The Registry and Operations Officer will play a crucial role in managing student data and supporting various administrative functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting and managing data through Office applications and Student Data Management systems.
  • Tracking student attendance and processing absence requests efficiently.
  • Facilitating student meetings with the management team.
  • Developing informative materials for the Virtual Reception.
  • Generating standard letters for students, including documentation for banking purposes.
  • Addressing student inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment within the center.
  • Contributing to campus safety and maintenance efforts.
  • Providing initial IT support to students.
  • Assisting with university application processes through the Direct Entry system.
  • Supporting student orientation and events.
  • Conducting visa checks and ensuring compliance.
  • Assisting in the preparation for Assessment Boards and monitoring student progression.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
