Overview:
At Bis Henderson, we are seeking a Logistics Coordination Specialist to become part of a prominent Trading organization.

This position is centered around overseeing sales agreements, which includes the creation of sales and purchase orders, as well as the upkeep of the customer database and shipping records.

The successful applicant will possess experience in a comparable position involving both imports and exports, along with a solid understanding of the pertinent regulations governing these processes.

They will be adept at managing shipping documentation, including incoterms, and will take a cooperative approach to their responsibilities.

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee contracts within SAP, including the creation of sales and purchase orders.
  • Maintain the customer database and shipment records, ensuring contracts are expedited through shipping as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments and regional offices to clarify their roles in achieving company objectives.
  • Participate actively in risk assessment and selection of key accounts.
  • Share insights and data to establish a unified strategy for products within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity managing imports and exports.
  • Familiarity with essential shipping documentation, including incoterms.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working with various departments and regional offices to meet shared goals.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation related to imports and exports.
  • Proficient in managing extensive databases and analyzing critical data points.
