Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Technology, a leading provider of digital reality solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics and supply chain processes.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with our Planning & Logistics Manager to improve processes and service for clients and customers.
  • Review, update, and process orders within specified timeframes, manage procurement with suppliers, maintain stock levels, and ensure accurate system updates.
  • Handle standing orders, progress reporting, warranty/non-conformance returns, transport arrangements, customs clearance, and physical inventory counts.
Requirements
  • Experience using ERP systems, with Navision exposure being an advantage.
  • Planning and Logistics or Supply Chain management qualification is desirable.
  • Previous stock/inventory experience and strong IT skills, with a confident, methodical, and dynamic approach to work.
  • A full clean driving license is required, with a FLT license being an advantage but not necessary.
What We Offer
  • A temporary contract for 6 months, with an hourly rate of £13-£16 per hour, depending on experience.
  • A regular working pattern of 08:15-17:15 Monday-Thursday and 08:15-15:00 on Friday.

Key Responsibilities
