At Unipart Logistics, we believe that relationships are paramount, and this role is particularly significant. You will play a crucial role in the success of our logistics operations.

We collaborate with over 800 suppliers, managing 4.5 million orders annually across the nation, in addition to offering home delivery services to private clients and care facilities.

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and effective functioning of our Traffic Office, striving to meet and surpass customer expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily traffic office operations in accordance with company policies and best practices.
  • Providing and maintaining professional, efficient clerical support for the traffic team as needed.
  • Facilitating effective communication among team members and management.
  • Monitoring and adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards to minimize risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with Warehouse and Transport Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with other Unipart locations to enhance efficiencies and share best practices.
  • Meeting customer requirements to the highest standards, including internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues as per local procedures.
  • Addressing unauthorized access to the site when necessary.
  • Promoting and embodying the organization's Vision and Values.
  • Continuously developing your own skills and contributing to the growth of others.
  • Supporting equality, diversity, and rights within the workplace.
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of all business areas and working closely with the Transport Supervisor to drive departmental improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate information within the system at all times.
  • Contributing to the achievement of budgeted targets and striving to exceed KPIs.
  • Managing driver communications regarding activity allocation and debriefing upon return.
  • Completing all daily reports by the end of each shift.
