- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Proven track record of sales excellence in the hospitality and leisure industry.
- Strong industry network and knowledge of market conditions.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and account management skills.
- Experience of working in a target-driven sales role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, combined with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in CRM software is desirable.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel and stay away as required.
