About the Role

We are seeking a talented and commercially-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Retention & Growth Manager. Reporting to the Head of Customer Management, you will play a key role in driving value, growth, and retention of our existing customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and manage complex data sets to drive insights and reporting.
  • Develop and execute growth opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise revenue and lifetime value.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar messaging marketing tools.
  • Excellent command of all marketing tactics, including marketing automation and smart list optimisation.
  • Experimental mindset with the ability to apply testing methodologies to assess the success of activities.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
