Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in attracting and onboarding top talent while ensuring recruitment processes are professional, smooth, timely, and cost-effective.
- Employee Relations: Provide first-line support, advice, and guidance on a range of employment issues and employee relations.
- HR Administration: Assist with people activities and communications within the HR remit, including newsletters, team-building, surveys, internships, apprentice schemes, and charity team activities.
- HR Process Improvement: Assess and review HR processes and policies in line with best practice and changes in legislation.
- Training and Development: Enhance competencies by designing and delivering fit-for-purpose training material and solutions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records and prepare various analyses, statistics, KPIs, annual reviews, and reports as required.
- Project Support: Assist with projects, payroll, and benefit preparations as needed.
