Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to enhance their team. This esteemed civil engineering firm is dedicated to providing safe and sustainable transportation solutions across the UK.

The role will be primarily situated in a central location, with some travel necessary for meetings in various regions.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial management of the Network Rail CP7 Framework within the Eastern region, with a focus on Distribution and Plant.
  • Formulate and execute commercial strategies to guarantee project profitability and long-term viability.
  • Serve as a bridge between operational and financial teams to maximize value and operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with a committed team to deliver projects for clients such as Network Rail.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial management with a portfolio of projects valued around £10m.
  • Strong skills in financial oversight and cost management in intricate projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC 4 contracts, particularly types A, C, and/or E.
  • Experience in the rail sector, especially with an emphasis on electrical systems.
