Role Overview
The Head of People & Culture for EMEA will lead the P&C team across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will collaborate closely with our Senior Leadership Team and People Team across EMEA & APAC to enhance our people and talent strategy. Your role will involve nurturing our exceptional culture and overseeing the P&C team in areas such as Change Management, Talent Development, Total Rewards, P&C Operations, and Employee Relations. This global position may require occasional international travel and participation in meetings outside standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities
While we expect all team members to support Bravura Solutions actively, here are specific responsibilities associated with this role:

Leadership

  • Develop and manage the people and talent strategy in alignment with future business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure Bravura Solutions remains an exceptional workplace and partner with the Talent Team to retain and nurture our workforce.
Talent Management
  • Champion the Talent Management Agenda, ensuring a coherent strategy is consistently implemented across the EMEA Region.
  • Guide local P&C teams through the annual performance evaluation process, ensuring leaders understand their roles and responsibilities.
Employee Relations
  • Lead the P&C team in developing people-related policies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with Bravura's values and local regulations.
  • Support leaders in people management and ensure awareness of fair and equitable opportunities in the workplace.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives across EMEA, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and alignment with Bravura Solutions Values.
Change Management
  • Act as a change agent in managing organizational transitions, partnering with executive leadership to formulate strategies that support people and provide governance.
Total Rewards and Operations
  • Collaborate with the Global Reward team to implement our compensation philosophy, reward strategy, and overall culture, striving to make EMEA an outstanding place to work.
In addition to the above responsibilities, all employees are expected to undertake other reasonable duties within their capabilities when requested.

Essential Skills
  • Extensive experience in all facets of People & Talent (Change Management, Talent Development, People Partnering, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Performance, DEI) with demonstrable improvements in these areas.
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience within a large corporate environment, preferably in a regulated sector.
  • Previous experience as a Head of P&C or P&C Manager in a medium-sized corporation or consulting firm.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional people management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach both direct and indirect teams.
  • Capacity to influence across the organization and challenge conventional thinking positively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for both board-level discussions and broader organizational contexts.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans.
  • Analytical thinking, enabling guidance for business leaders in making data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability to ambiguity and the ability to set clear direction.
  • Experience in wealth management environments and/or a diverse industry background is preferred.
  • Experience with external presentations (forums, investors, etc.) is preferred.
