Seekhr is collaborating with a dynamic global SaaS startup in search of a Global Head of People Operations. This role is designed for a strategic partner who will work closely with the Founders to enhance the organization’s human capital.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the position is focused on optimizing People Operations across various international locations while leading a dedicated team of 7 professionals in the People & Talent department.

In this role, you will enjoy significant responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to innovate within the People & Talent sphere. The company has established a strong cultural foundation aligned with its mission, and they seek a leader to navigate and advance their people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR and People Operations initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on attrition analysis and workforce planning
  • Lead the People Team, focusing on performance evaluations, career growth, and learning opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws across all operational territories
  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes, guiding the Talent Partner
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a comparable organization, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Global experience, particularly in the UK and US markets
  • Demonstrated expertise in people management
