Leadership Role: We are seeking a Chief People Officer to spearhead and expand our People team, managing our talent acquisition, employee relations, workplace experience, and operational teams.

Cultural Development: Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our culture, ensuring it is recognized globally as a remarkable workplace where individuals can make a significant impact.

On-Site Engagement: Regular travel to our London office is required, with expectations of being present 2-3 days per week to lead our Talent & People team.

Strategic Vision: Collaborate with our People Leadership Team to further embed our people strategy and vision, fostering a high-performance culture while preparing Cleo for future growth.

Talent Acquisition Collaboration: Work closely with our Head of Talent to refine our talent acquisition strategy, guiding them in executing our ambitious hiring goals, from employer branding to talent pipeline development.

Talent Management Leadership: Oversee talent management and development initiatives, focusing on productivity, engagement, recognition, and learning opportunities.

Data-Driven People Operations: Partner with our People Ops Lead to ensure leaders have access to essential people data for effective decision-making.

Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to the senior leadership team, fostering a cohesive and high-functioning working environment.

Performance Accountability: Lead a core team of People leaders, driving performance and holding them accountable for their objectives.

Data Utilization: Leverage people-centric data to identify development areas and inform future people strategies.

Effective Communication: A significant aspect of this role involves crafting and executing communication strategies to support organizational changes, promoting transparency and trust among stakeholders.

Experience and Skills: You should have a proven track record in leading high-performing People & Talent teams, with a history of enhancing tech-focused employer brands recognized for attracting top talent.

Resilience and Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with all members of our leadership team.

Analytical Acumen: We seek someone with exceptional emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills, capable of making informed decisions based on data.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial, as this role centers around fostering relationships across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary and equity, with performance reviews every eight months.

Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid-first approach combines remote and in-office work, with expectations of being in the London office 1-2 times a week.
