Plant Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Biogen UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our anaerobic digestion (AD) plants.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with experience in maintenance and repair of complex equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs as needed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our AD plants.
- Responding to breakdowns and performing repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with our operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job DetailsLocation: Dummer, Basingstoke, Hampshire
Job type: Full Time, permanent, 40 hours per week on a rota plus remote monitoring.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience + allowance + overtime + bonus
Benefits: 25 days holiday + BH, 4% employer pension and x4 life assurance
