Job Summary:We are looking for a talented engineer to provide effective maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant, building, and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and steam systems comply with current legislation and providing a programme of planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimum use and minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and steam systems are maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement a programme of planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and policies to ensure the company's assets are maintained to the highest standard.
- 3-5 years' experience as a plant/maintenance engineer in a production environment.
- Electro-mechanical fault finding experience.
- Engineering/maintenance qualification.
