Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and steam system problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  2. Develop and implement a programme of planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our maintenance activities are aligned with the latest standards and regulations.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years' experience as a plant/maintenance engineer in a production environment.
  2. Electro-mechanical fault-finding experience.
  3. Engineering/maintenance qualification.
