Key Responsibilities- Provide Strategic Insights: Develop and deliver key financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior operational stakeholders, C-suite executives, and other senior stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of our long-term business strategy.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure the delivery of high-quality monthly financial reporting, decision support, and investment appraisal of key strategic initiatives.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and deliver annual and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and five-year planning cycles.
- Value-Added Projects: Identify and drive value-added projects and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Business Intelligence: Develop, implement, and work with business intelligence tools, planning tools, and dashboard reports to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Accounting Qualification: Hold a fully qualified accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with industry experience.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrate the ability to challenge and influence director-level stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Possess excellent Excel and modeling skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and success.
- Analytical Skills: Possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth and success.
- Competitive Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum.
