Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Manage stationery supplies, ensuring they are adequate and replenished as necessary.
- Handle client and stakeholder inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person.
- Coordinate appointments and diary management using both paper and electronic systems.
- Assist the accounts department with daily banking and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
