Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to elderly individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Provide dementia care and support to residents with memory-related conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  3. Administer medications in accordance with prescribed guidelines, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
  4. Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to deliver compassionate and effective care.
  5. Ensure the smooth running of the care home, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience as a residential home manager, with a proven track record of success in senior care.
  2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of care staff.
  3. Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  5. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to senior care, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and services.
