Team Director

Job Summary:
As a Team Director at Booths, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective management of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate your team to ensure that company standards are maintained in all areas of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift.
- Provide guidance and instruction on how to approach a task and lead by example.
- Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.
- In the absence of senior management, assume the responsibility of duty manager of the store.
Additional Requirements:
- Contracted hours.
- Work a minimum of one late evening per week to gain experience as a Duty Manager.
