About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Homes Sales Manager to join our team at Cater Shaw Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships, identifying opportunities for referrals and business growth.
  • Take ownership of your KPIs, income, cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organization.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks with ease, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop a strong presence in front of a camera, engaging with your audience to maximize your reach and impact.
  • Attend branch morning meetings and review daily registrations, viewings, valuations, vendor contact, and mortgage appointments.
  • Follow up on referrals and provide feedback to site personnel.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contact applicants to offer New Homes where applicable.
  • Ensure all development price lists in our branches are up to date and maintain friendly professional relationships with marketing suites.
  • Work closely with sites to build relationships, troubleshoot problems, and compile competitor reports.
  • Meet targets to ensure success, using branch databases to call applicants, book viewings, and agree sales for New Homes developments.
  • Develop and build on B2B relationships, maximize group revenue, and oversee the quality of instructions made through your consultants.

Requirements:

  • Basic Salary of £25,000 per year.
  • Complete on-target earnings of £35,000+ per year.
  • A Company Car.
