About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on securing agreements for new property developments and building strong relationships with developers in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local developers, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Secure agreements for new property developments, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Negotiate and manage Sole Agency agreements, maximizing exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors, providing updates and insights.
  • Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities in the area, contributing to strategic growth.
